စော​င့်​ထိန်း​တော်​မူ​ရန်​ဆု​တောင်း

1 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​စ​ကား​ကို​နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ၍၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မြည်​တမ်း​ခြင်း​ကို ဆင်​ခြင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 2 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ရှင်​ဘု​ရင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို​ဆု​တောင်း​သည်​ဖြစ်၍၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အော်​ဟစ်​သော​အ​သံ​ကို နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 3 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ နံ​နက်​အ​ခါ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​စ​ကား​သံ​ကို ကြား​တော်​မူ​ရ​ပါ၏။ နံ​နက်​အ​ခါ​ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို မျက်​မှောက်​ပြု၍ မျှော်​လင့်​ပါ​မည်။ 4 ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် မ​တ​ရား​သော​အ​မှု​ကို နှစ်​သက်​သော​ဘု​ရား မ​ဟုတ်။ ဆိုး​သော​သူ​ကို လက်​ခံ​တော်​မ​မူ။ 5 မိုက်​သော​သူ​သည် အ​ထံ​တော်​သို့ မ​ဝင်​ရ။ မ​တ​ရား​သ​ဖြင့် ပြု​သော​သူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​ကို မုန်း​တော်​မူ၏။ 6 မု​သား​စ​ကား​ပြော​သော​သူ​တို့​ကို ဖျက်​ဆီး​တော်​မူ၏။ လူ​အ​သက်​ကို​သတ်​တတ်​သော​သူ​နှင့် လှည့်​စား​တတ်​သော​သူ​တို့​ကို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား စက်​ဆုပ်​ရွံ​ရှာ​တော်​မူ၏။ 7 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မူ​ကား၊ များ​စွာ​သော ကျေး​ဇူး​တော်​ကို​ခံ​စား​ရ​သ​ဖြင့်၊ အိမ်​တော်​သို့​ရောက်၍၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ကြောက်​ရွံ့​သော​စိတ်​နှင့် သန့်​ရှင်း​သော​ဗိ​မာန်​တော်​တွင် ကိုး​ကွယ်​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။

8 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ရန်​သူ​တို့​ကြောင့် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို တ​ရား​တော်​လမ်း​ထဲ​သို့ ပို့​ဆောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ ကိုယ်​တော်၏​လမ်း​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ရှေ့​မှာ​ဖြောင့်​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 9 သူ​တို့၏​နှုတ်​တွင် သ​စ္စာ​မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ သူ​တို့​နှ​လုံး​သည် အ​လွန်​ဆိုး​ပါ၏။ သူ​တို့၏​လည်​ချောင်း​သည် ဖွင့်​ထား​သော​သင်္ချိုင်း​တွင်း ဖြစ်​ပါ၏။ သူ​တို့​သည် လျှာ​နှင့် ချော့​မော့​တတ်​ကြ၏။*ရော၊ ၃:၁၃။10 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ သူ​တို့​အ​ပေါ်​မှာ အ​ပြစ်​ရောက်​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ မိ​မိ​တို့​အ​ကြံ​အ​စည်​အား​ဖြင့် လဲ​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ပုန်​ကန်​သော​သူ​ဖြစ်၍၊ ပြစ်​မှား​သော အ​ပြစ်​များ​သော​ကြောင့်၊ သူ​တို့​ကို နှင်​ထုတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

11 ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ကိုး​စား​သော​သူ​တို့​မူ​ကား၊ ဝမ်း​မြောက်​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ စောင့်​ရှောက်​တော်​မူ​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ၍ ဝမ်း​မြောက်​သည်​နှင့် ကြွေး​ကြော်​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ နာ​မ​တော်​ကို​ချစ်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကြောင့် ဝမ်း​သာ​ရွှင်​လန်း​ခြင်း ရှိ​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 12 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​ကို ကောင်း​ချီး​ပေး၍ ကျေး​ဇူး​တော်​အား​ဖြင့် ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​မ​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​သ​တည်း။

1 Give ear to my words, O Jehovah,

Consider my meditation.

2 Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God;

For unto thee do I pray.

3 O Jehovah, in the morning shalt thou hear my voice;

In the morning will I order my prayer unto thee, and will keep watch.

4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness:

Evil shall not sojourn with thee.

5 The arrogant shall not stand in thy sight:

Thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

6 Thou wilt destroy them that speak lies:

Jehovah abhorreth the blood-thirsty and deceitful man.

7 But as for me, in the abundance of thy lovingkindness will I come into thy house:

In thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.

8 Lead me, O Jehovah, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies;

Make thy way straight before my face.

9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth;

Their inward part is very wickedness;

Their throat is an open sepulchre;

They flatter with their tongue.

10 Hold them guilty, O God;

Let them fall by their own counsels;

Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions;

For they have rebelled against thee.

11 But let all those that take refuge in thee rejoice,

Let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them:

Let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

12 For thou wilt bless the righteous;

O Jehovah, thou wilt compass him with favor as with a shield.
