Salmos 55

သစ္စာ​မဲ့​ခံ​ရ​သူ​၏ဆု​တောင်း

1 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ဆု​တောင်း​သော​စ​ကား​ကို နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အ​သ​နား​တော်​ခံ​သော​အ​ခါ ရှောင်၍​နေ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ 2 ကြည့်​ရှု​နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ ရန်​သူ၏​စ​ကား​သံ​ကြောင့်​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ မ​တ​ရား​သော​ညှဉ်း​ဆဲ​ခြင်း​ကြောင့်​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ညှိုး​ငယ်​သော​စိတ်​နှင့် ညည်း​တွား​မြည်​တမ်း​လျက် နေ​ရ​ပါ၏။ 3 သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​ပေါ်၌ အ​ပြစ်​ကို​သက်​ရောက်​စေ၍၊ ဒေါ​သ​စိတ်​နှင့် မုန်း​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 4 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​နှ​လုံး​သည် ကိုယ်​အ​ထဲ​မှာ တုန်​လှုပ်၍ သေ​ဘေး​ကို ကြောက်​အား​ကြီး​ပါ၏။ 5 ကြောက်​ရွံ့​တုန်​လှုပ်​ခြင်း​သို့​ရောက်၍ အ​လွန်​ထိတ်​လန့်​ခြင်း၌ မွန်း​လျက်​ရှိ​ရ​ပါ၏။ 6 ငါ​သည် ချိုး​ငှက်​ကဲ့​သို့ အ​တောင်​ကို ရ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ ထို​သို့​ရ​လျှင် အ​ခြား​သို့​ပျံ​သွား၍၊ ငြိမ်​ဝပ်​လျက်​နေ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 7 ဝေး​စွာ​သွား၍ တော​မှာ​နေ​ရာ​ကျ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 8 ပြင်း​စွာ​သော မိုး​သက်​မုန်​တိုင်း​နှင့် လွတ်​ခြင်း​ငှာ၊ အ​လျင်​အ​မြန်​ပြေး​လိမ့်​မည်​ဟု အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​စိတ်​ရှိ​ပါ၏။

9 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ သူ​တို့​စ​ကား​ကို ပ​ပျောက်​အောင် ကွဲ​ပြား​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ မြို့​တော်​တွင် အ​နိုင်​အ​ထက်​ပြု​ခြင်း​နှင့် လု​ယူ​ခြင်း​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မြင်​ပါ​ပြီ။ 10 မြို့​ရိုး​ပေါ်​မှာ နေ့​ည​မ​ပြတ် သူ​တို့​သည်​လည်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ မြို့​ထဲ​မှာ ဆိုး​ညစ်​သော​အ​မှု​နှင့် နှောင့်​ယှက်​ခြင်း​အ​မှု​ရှိ​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 11 အ​ဓ​မ္မ​တ​ရား​တို့​သည် မြို့​အ​လယ်၌​ရှိ၍၊ ညှဉ်း​ဆဲ​ခြင်း​နှင့် လှည့်​စား​ခြင်း​သည် လမ်း​တို့၌ နေ​ရာ​ကျ​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 12 ငါ့​ကို​ကဲ့​ရဲ့​သော​သူ​သည် ငါ့​ရန်​သူ​မ​ဟုတ်။ ဟုတ်​လျှင် သည်း​ခံ​နိုင်၏။ ငါ့​ကို​ရန်​ဘက်​ပြု​သော​သူ​သည် ငါ့​ကို​မုန်း​သော​သူ​မ​ဟုတ်။ ဟုတ်​လျှင် ထို​သူ​ကို​ငါ​ရှောင်​နိုင်၏။ 13 ထို​သို့​ပြု​သော​သူ​သည် သင်​ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ​နှင့် ဘက်​သော​သူ၊ ငါ့​မိတ်​ဆွေ၊ ငါ​အ​သိ​အ​ကျွမ်း​ဖြစ်၏။ 14 အ​ချင်း​ချင်း​သာ​ယာ​သော ဆွေး​နွေး​တိုင်​ပင်​ခြင်း​ကို ပြု​ကြ​ပြီ။ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၏​အိမ်​တော်​သို့ လူ​အ​စု​အ​ဝေး​နှင့် အ​တူ​သွား​ကြ​ပြီ။ 15 သူ​တို့​ကို သေ​မင်း​ဖမ်း​ဆီး​ပါ​စေ။ အ​သက်​ရှင်​လျက် မ​ရ​ဏ​နိုင်​ငံ​သို့ ဆင်း​သက်​ကြ​ပါ​စေ။ အ​ကြောင်း​မူ​ကား၊ ဒု​စ​ရိုက်​တို့​သည် သူ​တို့​နေ​ရာ​တွင် သူ​တို့​အ​ထဲ၌​ရှိ​ကြ၏။

16 ငါ​မူ​ကား၊ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို​ပ​တ္ထ​နာ​ပြု၍၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​မည်။ 17 ညဉ့်​ဦး​အ​ချိန်၊ နံ​နက်​အ​ချိန်၊ မွန်း​တည့်​အ​ချိန်​တို့၌ ငါ​သည်​ညည်း​တွား​မြည်​တမ်း၍၊ ငါ၏​အ​သံ​ကို ကြား​တော်​မူ​မည်။ 18 ငါ့​ကို စစ်​တိုက်​ကြ​စဉ်​တွင်၊ ငါ့​အ​သက်​ကို ရွေး​နုတ်၍ ချမ်း​သာ​ပေး​တော်​မူ​မည်။ ငါ့​ဘက်၌​နေ​သော​သူ အ​များ​ရှိ​ကြ၏။ 19 ရှေး​ကာ​လ​မှ​စ၍ အ​မြဲ​စီ​ရင်​သော ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​သည် နား​ထောင်၍ သူ​တို့​ကို နှိမ့်​ချ​တော်​မူ​မည်။ သူ​တို့​သည် ပြောင်း​လဲ​ခြင်း​မ​ရှိ​သော​ကြောင့် ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို မ​ကြောက်​မ​ရွံ့​ကြ။ 20 ထို​သို့​သော​သူ​သည် မိတ်​ဆွေ​ဖြစ်​သော​သူ​ကို​ပြစ်​မှား၍ သ​စ္စာ​ပျက်​တတ်၏။ 21 သူ၏​စ​ကား​သည် ထော​ပတ်​ထက်​ချော​သော်​လည်း၊ စစ်​တိုက်​မည်​ဟု အ​ကြံ​ရှိ၏။ သူ၏​စ​ကား​သည် ဆီ​ထက်​ပျော့​သော်​လည်း၊ ထုတ်​သော​ဓား​ဖြစ်၏။

22 ထမ်း​ရွက်​ရ​သော​ဝန်​ကို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၌ ချ​ထား​လော့။ သင့်​ကို​မ​စ​တော်​မူ​မည်။ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​ကို အ​စဉ်​အ​မြဲ လှုပ်​ရှား​စေ​တော်​မ​မူ​ရာ။ 23 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ခြား​သော​သူ​တို့​ကို ဖျက်​ဆီး​ရာ​တွင်း​ထဲ​သို့ ချ​တော်​မူ​မည်။ လူ​အ​သက်​ကို သတ်​သော​သူ​နှင့် သ​စ္စာ​ပျက်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် မိ​မိ​အ​သက်​တာ တစ်​ဝက်​ခန့်​မျှ မ​ရှင်​ရ​ကြ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မူ​ကား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်၌ ခို​လှုံ​ပါ​မည်။

1 Give ear to my prayer, O God;

And hide not thyself from my supplication.

2 Attend unto me, and answer me:

I am restless in my complaint, and moan,

3 Because of the voice of the enemy,

Because of the oppression of the wicked;

For they cast iniquity upon me,

And in anger they persecute me.

4 My heart is sore pained within me:

And the terrors of death are fallen upon me.

5 Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me,

And horror hath overwhelmed me.

6 And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove!

Then would I fly away, and be at rest.

7 Lo, then would I wander far off,

I would lodge in the wilderness. [Selah

8 I would haste me to a shelter

From the stormy wind and tempest.

9 Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongue;

For I have seen violence and strife in the city.

10 Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof:

Iniquity also and mischief are in the midst of it.

11 Wickedness is in the midst thereof:

Oppression and guile depart not from its streets.

12 For it was not an enemy that reproached me;

Then I could have borne it:

Neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me;

Then I would have hid myself from him:

13 But it was thou, a man mine equal,

My companion, and my familiar friend.

14 We took sweet counsel together;

We walked in the house of God with the throng.

15 Let death come suddenly upon them,

Let them go down alive into Sheol;

For wickedness is in their dwelling, in the midst of them.

16 As for me, I will call upon God;

And Jehovah will save me.

17 Evening, and morning, and at noonday, will I complain, and moan;

And he will hear my voice.

18 He hath redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me;

For they were many that strove with me.

19 God will hear, and answer them,

Even he that abideth of old, [Selah

The men who have no changes,

And who fear not God.

20 He hath put forth his hands against such as were at peace with him:

He hath profaned his covenant.

21 His mouth was smooth as butter,

But his heart was war:

His words were softer than oil,

Yet were they drawn swords.

22 Cast thy burden upon Jehovah, and he will sustain thee:

He will never suffer the righteous to be moved.

23 But thou, O God, wilt bring them down into the pit of destruction:

Bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days;

But I will trust in thee.
