Salmos 38

"အောက်​မေ့​စေ​ခြင်း​ငှာ စပ်​ဆို​သော​ဆာ​လံ။"

1 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​မျက်​တော်​ထွက်၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​အ​ပြစ်​တင်​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ ပြင်း​စွာ​သော​စိတ်​တော်​ရှိ၍ ဆုံး​မ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ 2 မြား​တော်​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၌​စူး​ဝင်၍၊ လက်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို နှိပ်​လျက်​ရှိ​ပါ၏။ 3 အ​မျက်​တော်​ထွက်​သော​ကြောင့်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​သား​သည် ကျန်း​မာ​ခြင်း​မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ ဒု​စ​ရိုက်​အ​ပြစ်​ကြောင့် အ​ရိုး​များ​ထဲ​မှာ သက်​သာ​ခြင်း မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ 4 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ပြု​မိ​သော ဒု​စ​ရိုက်​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခေါင်း​ကို လွှမ်း​မိုး၍၊ လေး​သော​ဝန်​ကဲ့​သို့ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မ​ထမ်း​နိုင်​အောင် လေး​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 5 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မိုက်​သော​အ​မှု​ကြောင့် အ​နာ​တို့​သည် နံ​စော်၍ ရိ​ရွဲ့​လျက် ရှိ​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 6 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ပြင်း​ထန်​စွာ​ခံ​ရ၍၊ အ​လွန်​နှိမ့်​ချ​လျက်၊ ကြမ်း​တမ်း​သော​အ​ဝတ်​ကို ဝတ်​လျက် တစ်​နေ့​လုံး သွား​ရ​ပါ၏။ 7 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခါး​သည် ပူ​လောင်​သော​အ​နာ​စွဲ၍၊ အ​သား​သည်​လည်း ကျန်း​မာ​ခြင်း​မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ 8 နုန့်​နဲ့​ခြင်း၊ ကြေ​ကွဲ​ခြင်း​ရှိ၍၊ စိတ်​နှ​လုံး​လှုပ်​ရှား​သ​ဖြင့် အော်​ဟစ်​ရ​ပါ​၏။

9 အို​ဘု​ရား​ရှင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​လို​ရှိ​သ​မျှ​သည် ရှေ့​တော်၌​ထင်​ရှား​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ညည်း​တွား​ခြင်း​ကို​လည်း အ​ကြွင်း​မဲ့​သိ​တော်​မူ၏။ 10 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​နှ​လုံး​တုန်​လှုပ်၍၊ ခွန်​အား​လည်း​ကုန်​ပါ​ပြီ။ မျက်​စိ​အ​လင်း​လည်း ကွယ်​ပျောက်​ပါ​ပြီ။ 11 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​အ​ဆွေ​ခင်​ပွန်း၊ အ​ပေါင်း​အ​ဖော်​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​နာ​ရော​ဂါ​ကြောင့်၊ ဝေး​ဝေး​ရပ်​လျက်၊ ပေါက်​ဖော်​တို့​သည်​လည်း၊ ရှောင်​လျက်​နေ​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 12 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​သက်​ကို ရှာ​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် ကျော့​ကွင်း​များ​ကို ထောင်​ထား​ကြ​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၌ အ​ပြစ်​ပြု​ခြင်း​အ​ခွင့်​ကို ရှာ​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် တစ်​နေ့​လုံး မ​နာ​လို​သော​စ​ကား​ကို​ပြော၍၊ မ​ကောင်း​သော​ပ​ရိ​ယာယ်​ကို ကြံ​စည်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 13 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မူ​ကား၊ နား​ပင်း​သော​သူ​ကဲ့​သို့ မ​ကြား။ နှုတ်​ကို မ​ဖွင့်​တတ်​သော​လူ​ကဲ​သို့ ဖြစ်​ပါ၏။ 14 နား​မ​ကြား၊ ပြန်၍​မ​ငြင်း​နိုင်​သော​သူ​ကဲ့​သို့ ဖြစ်​ပါ၏။ 15 အ​ကြောင်း​မူ​ကား၊ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကိုး​စား​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​အ​ရှင် ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် ပြန်​ပြော​တော်​မူ​မည်။ 16 သို့​မ​ဟုတ်၊ သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​မှု​မှာ ဝမ်း​မြောက်​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ခြေ​ချော်​သော​အ​ခါ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တစ်​ဖက်၌ ကိုယ်​ကို​ချီး​မြှောက်​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်​ဟု လျှောက်​ပါ​ပြီ။ 17 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​လဲ​လု​သည်​ဖြစ်၍၊ ကိုယ်​ဆင်း​ရဲ​ခြင်း​ကို အ​စဉ်​အောက်​မေ့​လျက် နေ​ပါ၏။ 18 ကိုယ်​အ​ပြစ်​ကို ဖော်​ပြ​ပါ၏။ ပြစ်​မှား​မိ​သော​ကြောင့် စိတ်​ပူ​ပန်​ခြင်း​ရှိ​ပါ၏။ 19 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ရန်​သူ​တို့​ကား၊ ကျန်း​မာ​လျက်၊ ခွန်​အား​ကြီး​လျက်​ရှိ ကြ​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို မ​ဟုတ်မ​မှန်​ဘဲ မုန်း​သော​သူ​တို့​ကား၊ များ​ပြား​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 20 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ကျေး​ဇူး​တ​ရား​ကို ကြိုး​စား၍ ကျင့်​သော​ကြောင့် ကျေး​ဇူး​အ​တွက် အ​ပြစ်​ပြု​တတ်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ရန်​ဘက်​ပြု​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 21 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို စွန့်​ပစ်​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​နှင့် ဝေး​ဝေး​နေ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ 22 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​သော ဘု​ရား​ရှင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​မ​စ​ခြင်း​ငှာ အ​လျင်​အ​မြန် ကြွ​လာ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance.

1 O Jehovah, rebuke me not in thy wrath;

Neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.

2 For thine arrows stick fast in me,

And thy hand presseth me sore.

3 There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine indignation;

Neither is there any health in my bones because of my sin.

4 For mine iniquities are gone over my head:

As a heavy burden they are too heavy for me.

5 My wounds are loathsome and corrupt,

Because of my foolishness.

6 I am pained and bowed down greatly;

I go mourning all the day long.

7 For my loins are filled with burning;

And there is no soundness in my flesh.

8 I am faint and sore bruised:

I have groaned by reason of the disquietness of my heart.

9 Lord, all my desire is before thee;

And my groaning is not hid from thee.

10 My heart throbbeth, my strength faileth me:

As for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me.

11 My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my plague;

And my kinsmen stand afar off.

12 They also that seek after my life lay snares for me;

And they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things,

And meditate deceits all the day long.

13 But I, as a deaf man, hear not;

And I am as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.

14 Yea, I am as a man that heareth not,

And in whose mouth are no reproofs.

15 For in thee, O Jehovah, do I hope:

Thou wilt answer, O Lord my God.

16 For I said, Lest they rejoice over me:

When my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.

17 For I am ready to fall,

And my sorrow is continually before me.

18 For I will declare mine iniquity;

I will be sorry for my sin.

19 But mine enemies are lively, and are strong;

And they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.

20 They also that render evil for good

Are adversaries unto me, because I follow the thing that is good.

21 Forsake me not, O Jehovah:

O my God, be not far from me.

22 Make haste to help me,

O Lord, my salvation.
