Salmos 129

ရန်​သူ​များ​ရှုံး​နိမ့်​စေ​ရန်​ဆု​တောင်း

1 ငယ်​သော​အ​ရွယ်​မှ​စ၍၊ ကြိမ်​ဖန်​များ​စွာ ငါ့​ကို သူ​တစ်​ပါး​တို့​သည် ညှဉ်း​ဆဲ​ကြ​ပြီ​ဟူ​သော စ​ကား​နှင့်​ချီ၍၊ ဣ​သ​ရေ​လ​အ​မျိုး​ဆို​ရ​သော စ​ကား​ဟူ​မူ​ကား၊ 2 ငယ်​သော​အ​ရွယ်​မှ​စ၍၊ ကြိမ်​ဖန်​များ​စွာ ငါ့​ကို သူ​တစ်​ပါး​တို့​သည် ညှဉ်း​ဆဲ​ကြ​ပြီ။ သို့​သော်​လည်း ငါ့​ကို​မ​နိုင်​ကြ။ 3 ထွန်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် ငါ့​ကျော​ပေါ်​မှာ​ထွန်၍၊ ရှည်​သော ထွန်​ကြောင်း​တို့​ကို ဖြစ်​စေ​ကြ၏။ 4 ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် ဖြောင့်​မတ်​တော်​မူ၏။ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​တို့၏ ကြိုး​တို့​ကို ဖြတ်​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ 5 ဇိ​အုန်​မြို့​ကို မုန်း​သော​သူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​သည် ရှက်​ကြောက်၍ လှန်​ခြင်း​ကို ခံ​ရ​ကြ​ပါ​စေ။ 6 အိမ်​မိုး​ပေါ်​မှာ​ပေါက်၍၊ အ​ဘယ်​သူ​မျှ​မ​နုတ်​ဘဲ ညှိုး​နွမ်း​တတ်​သော မြက်​ပင်​ကဲ့​သို့ ဖြစ်​ကြ​ပါ​စေ။ 7 ထို​မြက်​ပင်​ကို​ရိတ်​သော​သူ​သည် လက်​တစ်​ဆုပ်​မျှ မ​ရ။ စည်း​သော​သူ​လည်း လက်​တစ်​ပွေ့​မျှ​မ​ရ။ 8 လမ်း၌ လျှောက်​သွား​သော​သူ​တို့​က​လည်း၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ပေး​တော်​မူ​သော မင်္ဂ​လာ​သက်​ရောက်​ပါ​စေ​သော။ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၏​နာ​မ​တော်​ကို အ​မှီ​ပြု၍၊ သင်​တို့​ကို ကောင်း​ချီး​ပေး​ကြ၏​ဟု မ​ပြော​မ​ဆို​ရ​ကြ။

A Song of Ascents.

1 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth up,

Let Israel now say,

2 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth up:

Yet they have not prevailed against me.

3 The plowers plowed upon my back;

They made long their furrows.

4 Jehovah is righteous:

He hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

5 Let them be put to shame and turned backward,

All they that hate Zion.

6 Let them be as the grass upon the housetops,

Which withereth before it groweth up;

7 Wherewith the reaper filleth not his hand,

Nor he that bindeth sheaves, his bosom:

8 Neither do they that go by say,

The blessing of Jehovah be upon you;

We bless you in the name of Jehovah.
