ည​နေ​ချိန်​ဆု​တောင်း

1 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ဖြောင့်​မတ်​စေ​တော်​မူ​သော​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခေါ်​သော​အ​ခါ နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ဆင်း​ရဲ​စဉ်​တွင် ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် ချမ်း​သာ​ပေး​တော်​မူ​ပါ​ပြီ။ ယ​ခု​လည်း​သ​နား၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ပ​တ္ထ​နာ​စ​ကား​ကို နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

2 အ​ချင်း​လူ​သား​တို့၊ အ​ဘယ်​မျှ​ကာ​လ​ပတ်​လုံး ငါ၏​ဘုန်း​ကို ရှုတ်​ချ​ကြ​မည်​နည်း။ အ​ဘယ်​မျှ​ကာ​လ​ပတ်​လုံး အ​န​တ္တ​ကို နှစ်​သက်၍ မု​သား​ကို လိုက်​ရှာ​ကြ​မည်​နည်း။ 3 ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် မိ​မိ​သန့်​ရှင်း​သူ​ကို ရွေး​ထား​တော်​မူ​သည်​ကို သိ​မှတ်​ကြ​လော့။ ငါ​ခေါ်၍ လျှောက်​သော​အ​ခါ၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 4 ကြောက်​ရွံ့​တုန်​လှုပ်၍ ဒု​စ​ရိုက်​အ​ပြစ်​ကို ရှောင်​ကြ​လော့။ အိပ်​ရာ​ပေါ်​မှာ ကိုယ်​စိတ်​နှ​လုံး​နှင့် ဆွေး​နွေး​စဉ်း​စား၍ တိတ်​ဆိတ်​ခြင်း​ရှိ​ကြ​လော့။*ဧ၊ ၄း၂၆။5 တ​ရား​သ​ဖြင့်​ယဇ်​ပူ​ဇော်၍ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို ကိုး​စား​ကြ​လော့။

6 ကောင်း​မွန်​သော​အ​ရာ​ကို ငါ​တို့​အား အ​ဘယ်​သူ​ပြ​မည်​နည်း​ဟု မေး​တတ်​သော သူ​အ​များ​ရှိ​ပါ​သည်​ဖြစ်၍၊ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ မျက်​နှာ​တော်​အ​လင်း​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​တို့​အ​ပေါ်​မှာ ပေါ်​ထွန်း​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 7 သူ​တို့၌ ဆန်​စ​ပါး၊ စ​ပျစ်​ရည်​ပေါ​များ၍၊ သူ​တို့​ဝမ်း​မြောက်​ခြင်း​ရှိ​သည်​ထက် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​သာ၍ ဝမ်း​မြောက်​စေ​တော်​မူ၏။ 8 ငြိမ်​ဝပ်​စွာ​အိပ်၍ ပျော်​ပါ​မည်။ အ​ကြောင်း​မူ​ကား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် လုံ​ခြုံ​စွာ​နေ​ရ​သော​အ​ခွင့်​ကို ကိုယ်​တော်​အ​ရှင် ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သာ​လျှင် အ​ခွင့်​ပေး​တော်​မူ၏။

1 Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness;

Thou hast set me at large when I was in distress:

Have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

2 O ye sons of men, how long shall my glory be turned into dishonor?

How long will ye love vanity, and seek after falsehood? [Selah

3 But know that Jehovah hath set apart for himself him that is godly:

Jehovah will hear when I call unto him.

4 Stand in awe, and sin not:

Commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. [Selah

5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness,

And put your trust in Jehovah.

6 Many there are that say, Who will show us any good?

Jehovah, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.

7 Thou hast put gladness in my heart,

More than they have when their grain and their new wine are increased.

8 In peace will I both lay me down and sleep;

For thou, Jehovah, alone makest me dwell in safety.
