Salmos 61

စော​င့်​ထိန်း​တော်​မူ​ရန်​ဆု​တောင်း

1 အို ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အော်​ဟစ်​ခြင်း​ကို နား​ထောင်၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ပ​တ္ထ​နာ​စ​ကား​ကို မှတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 2 စိတ်​နှ​လုံး​ညှိုး​ငယ်​လျက် မြေ​ကြီး​စွန်း​မှ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အော်​ဟစ်​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​ထက်၌ မြင့်​သော​ကျောက်​သို့ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ပို့​ဆောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 3 ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခို​လှုံ​ရာ၊ ရန်​သူ​တို့​ရှေ့​မှာ ခိုင်​ခံ့​သော​ရဲ​တိုက်​ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ၏။ 4 တဲ​တော်၌ အ​စဉ်​နေ​ပါ​မည်။ အ​တောင်​တော်​ဖုံး​အုပ်​ရာ၌ ခို​လှုံ​ပါ​မည်။ 5 အို ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ပြု​သော သ​စ္စာ​က​တိ​တို့​ကို ကြား​တော်​မူ၏။ နာ​မ​တော်​ကို ကြောက်​ရွံ့​သော သူ​တို့၏​အ​မွေ​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အား ပေး​တော်​မူ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 6 ရှင်​ဘု​ရင်၏ အ​သက်​နေ့​ရက်​ကာ​လ​ကို ရှည်​စေ​တော်​မူ၍၊ နှစ်​စဉ်​မ​ပြတ် နိ​စ္စ​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​တည်​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 7 ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ရှေ့​တော်၌ အ​န​န္တ​ကာ​လ​ပတ်​လုံး နေ​တော်​မူ​စေ​သ​တည်း။ က​ရု​ဏာ​နှင့် သ​စ္စာ​တော်​သည် သူ့​ကို စောင့်​မ​စေ​သ​တည်း။ 8 သို့​ဖြစ်၍ နေ့​ရက်​အ​စဉ်​အ​တိုင်း သ​စ္စာ​ဝတ်​ကို ဖြေ​ခြင်း​ငှာ၊ နာ​မ​တော်​ကို အ​စဉ်​အ​မြဲ ထော​မ​နာ​သီ​ချင်း ဆို​ပါ​လေ​အံ့​သ​တည်း။

1 Hear my cry, O God;

Attend unto my prayer.

2 From the end of the earth will I call unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed:

Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

3 For thou hast been a refuge for me,

A strong tower from the enemy.

4 I will dwell in thy tabernacle for ever:

I will take refuge in the covert of thy wings. [Selah

5 For thou, O God, hast heard my vows:

Thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.

6 Thou wilt prolong the king’s life;

His years shall be as many generations.

7 He shall abide before God for ever:

Oh prepare lovingkindness and truth, that they may preserve him.

8 So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever,

That I may daily perform my vows.
