Salmos 39

ကိုယ်​တော်၌​မျှော်​လင့်​ခြင်း

1 ငါ​သည်​စ​ကား​ဖြင့်​မျှ မ​ပြစ်​မှား​မည်​အ​ကြောင်း၊ ကိုယ်​အ​ကျင့်​ကို သ​တိ​ပြု​မည်။ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​သည် ငါ့​ရှေ့​မှာ​ရှိ​စဉ်၊ ငါ​သည်​ကိုယ်​နှုတ်​ကို ချည်​နှောင်​မည်​ဟု ငါ​ပြော​ထား၏။ 2 စ​ကား​မ​ပြော​ဘဲ အ​လျက်​နေ၏။ ကောင်း​သော​အ​ရာ​ကို​ပင် မ​ပြော။ ထို​သို့​နေ​စဉ်၊ ငါ​သည် စိတ်​ညစ်​ညူး​ခြင်း​ရှိ၏။ 3 ကိုယ်​အ​ထဲ​မှာ နှ​လုံး​ပူ​ဆွေး​ခြင်း​ရှိ၏။ ငါ​ညည်း​တွား​စဉ်၊ မီး​လောင်​လေ၏။ ထို​အ​ခါ​ငါ​သည် နှုတ်​မြွက်၏။

4 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ကိုယ်​ပျက်​တတ်​သော သ​ဘော​ကို သိ​ရ​ပါ​မည်​အ​ကြောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏ လမ်း​ဆုံး​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏ အ​သက်​အ​ပိုင်း​အ​ခြား​ကို​လည်း​ကောင်း သိ​စေ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 5 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​သက်​တာ​ကို တစ်​မိုက်​မျှ​သာ ခန့်​ထား​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​ရွယ်​သည် ရှေ့​တော်၌ ဘာ​မျှ​မ​ဟုတ်​သ​ကဲ့​သို့ ဖြစ်​ပါ၏။ အ​ကယ်​စင်​စစ်​လူ​မည်​သည်​ကား၊ လူ၏​အ​ထွတ်​သို့ ရောက်​သော်​လည်း၊ အ​န​တ္တ​သက်​သက်​ဖြစ်​ပါ၏။ 6 အ​ကယ်​စင်​စစ်​လူ​သည် အ​ရိပ်၌​သာ ကျင်​လည်​ပါ၏။ အ​ကယ်​စင်​စစ် လူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျိုး​မဲ့ ပင်​ပန်း​ကြ​ပါ၏။ ဥ​စ္စာ​ကို​ဆည်း​ပူး​သော်​လည်း အ​ဘယ်​သူ​ရ​အံ့​သည်​ကို မ​သိ​ရ​ပါ။

7 ယ​ခု​မူ​ကား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် အ​ဘယ်​သို့ မျှော်​လင့်​ရ​ပါ​မည်​နည်း။ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်၌​သာ မျှော်​လင့်​စ​ရာ​အ​ကြောင်း​ရှိ​ပါ၏။ 8 ပြစ်​မှား​မိ​သ​မျှ​သော​အ​ပြစ်​တို့​မှ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို လွှတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ မိုက်​သော​သူ​တို့၏ ကဲ့​ရဲ့​ခြင်း​ကို ခံ​စေ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ 9 ကိုယ်​တော်​စီ​ရင်​တော်​မူ​ရာ ဖြစ်​သော​ကြောင့်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ပြော​စ​ရာ​မ​ရ။ နှုတ်​ကို မ​ဖွင့်​ဘဲ​နေ​ရ​ပါ၏။ 10 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ဒဏ်​ခတ်​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်​ဦး။ လက်​တော်​အောက်၌ ဆုံး​မ​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ၍ အား​ကုန်​ပါ​ပြီ။ 11 ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် လူ​တို့​အ​ပြစ်​ကြောင့် ဆုံး​မ၍ ဒဏ်​ခတ်​တော်​မူ​လျှင်၊ ပိုး​ရွ​ဖျက်​တတ်​သ​ကဲ့​သို့၊ လူ​တို့၏ တင့်​တယ်​ခြင်း​အ​သ​ရေ​ကို ပြယ်​ပျောက်​စေ​တော်​မူ၏။ အ​ကယ်​စင်​စစ် လူ​ခပ်​သိမ်း​တို့​သည် အ​န​တ္တ​သက်​သက် ဖြစ်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 12 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ဆု​တောင်း​ခြင်း​ပ​တ္ထ​နာ​ကို ကြား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ် အော်​ဟစ်​သော​အ​သံ​ကို နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မျက်​ရည်​ကို ကြည့်၍ နေ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ ဘိုး​ဘေး​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​သည် ဖြစ်​ဖူး​သ​ကဲ့​သို့၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ရှေ့​တော်၌ ဧည့်​သည်​အာ​ဂ​န္တု​ဖြစ်၏။ 13 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ရွေ့​သွား၍​မ​ပျောက်​မီ​တွင် သက်​သာ​ရ​မည်​အ​ကြောင်း၊ မျက်​နှာ​လွှဲ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

1 I said, I will take heed to my ways,

That I sin not with my tongue:

I will keep my mouth with a bridle,

While the wicked is before me.

2 I was dumb with silence, I held my peace, even from good;

And my sorrow was stirred.

3 My heart was hot within me;

While I was musing the fire burned;

Then spake I with my tongue:

4 Jehovah, make me to know mine end,

And the measure of my days, what it is;

Let me know how frail I am.

5 Behold, thou hast made my days as handbreadths;

And my life-time is as nothing before thee:

Surely every man at his best estate is altogether vanity. [Selah

6 Surely every man walketh in a vain show;

Surely they are disquieted in vain:

He heapeth up riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them.

7 And now, Lord, what wait I for?

My hope is in thee.

8 Deliver me from all my transgressions:

Make me not the reproach of the foolish.

9 I was dumb, I opened not my mouth;

Because thou didst it.

10 Remove thy stroke away from me:

I am consumed by the blow of thy hand.

11 When thou with rebukes dost correct man for iniquity,

Thou makest his beauty to consume away like a moth:

Surely every man is vanity. [Selah

12 Hear my prayer, O Jehovah, and give ear unto my cry;

Hold not thy peace at my tears:

For I am a stranger with thee,

A sojourner, as all my fathers were.

13 Oh spare me, that I may recover strength,

Before I go hence, and be no more.
