ကွယ်​ကာ​စော​င့်​ထိန်း​ရန်​ဆု​တောင်း

1 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ဆိုး​သော​သူ၏​လက်​မှ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​ကယ်​နုတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ ကြမ်း​တမ်း​သော​သူ၏​လက်​မှ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​မ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 2 ထို​သူ​တို့​သည် နှ​လုံး​ထဲ​မှာ မ​ကောင်း​သော​အ​ကြံ​အ​စည်​ရှိ၍၊ စစ်​မှု​ကို အ​စဉ်​နှိုး​ဆော်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 3 သူ​တို့​သည်​မြွေ​ကဲ့​သို့ မိ​မိ​တို့​လျှာ​ကို​သွေး​တတ်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ သူ​တို့​နှုတ်​ခမ်း​အ​ထဲ​မှာ မြွေ​ဆိုး​အ​ဆိပ်​အ​တောက်​ရှိ​ပါ၏။*ရော၊ ၃:၁၃။4 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ၏​လက်​မှ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​မ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ ကြမ်း​တမ်း​သော သူ၏​လက်​မှ ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​မ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​လှဲ​ခြင်း​ငှာ ကြံ​စည်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 5 မာ​န​ကြီး​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ဖို့​ကျော့​ကွင်း​နှင့် ကြိုး​သေး​များ​ကို ဝှက်​ထား​ကြ​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သွား​ရာ​လမ်း၌ ကွန်​ရွက်​ကို​ဖြန့်၍ ညွှတ်​များ​ကို​ထား​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 6 ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ၏​ဟု ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​အား လျှောက်​ထား​ပါ၏။ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ဆု​တောင်း​သော​စ​ကား​ကို နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 7 အို​ဘု​ရား​ရှင် ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ကယ်​တင်​ခြင်း​အ​စွမ်း​သ​တ္တိ ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ၏။ စစ်​တိုက်​ရ​သော​နေ့၌ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ဦး​ခေါင်း​ကို ဖုံး​အုပ်​တော်​မူ၏။

8 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ၏ အ​လို​ပြည့်​စုံ​ရ​သော​အ​ခွင့်၊ သူ၏​အ​ကြံ​ထ​မြောက်​ရ​သော​အ​ခွင့် ရှိ​စေ​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။ 9 ထို​သို့​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ပတ်​လည်၌၊ မိ​မိ​တို့​ဦး​ခေါင်း​ကို မ​ချီး​မြှောက်​ရ​ဘဲ၊ မိ​မိ​တို့​မြွက်​ဆို​သော မ​ကောင်း​ကျိုး​သည် မိ​မိ​တို့​ကို လွှမ်း​မိုး​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 10 မီး​ခဲ​တို့​သည် ထို​သူ​တို့​အ​ပေါ်​သို့ ကျ​ရောက်​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ မီး​ထဲ​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း၊ နက်​သော​တွင်း​ထဲ​သို့​လည်း​ကောင်း ကျ​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ တစ်​ဖန်​မ​ထ​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​နှင့်။ 11 ကဲ့​ရဲ့​တတ်​သော​သူ​သည် မြေ​ပေါ်​မှာ​နေ​ရာ​မ​မြဲ​ပါ​စေ​နှင့်။ ကြမ်း​တမ်း​သော​သူ​ကို​လည်း ဖျက်​ဆီး​သည်​တိုင်​အောင် ဘေး​ဥ​ပဒ်​သည် လိုက်​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 12 ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​သည် ဆင်း​ရဲ​သော​သူ၏​အ​မှု​ကို​စောင့်၍၊ ငတ်​မွတ်​သော​သူ​ဘက်၌ တ​ရား​စီ​ရင်​တော်​မူ​မည်​ဟု ငါ​သိ၏။ 13 အ​ကယ်​စင်​စစ်​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် နာ​မ​တော်​ကို ချီး​မွမ်း​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။ သ​ဘော​ဖြောင့်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ထံ​တော်၌ နေ​ရ​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။

1 Deliver me, O Jehovah, from the evil man;

Preserve me from the violent man:

2 Who devise mischiefs in their heart;

Continually do they gather themselves together for war.

3 They have sharpened their tongue like a serpent;

Adders’ poison is under their lips. [Selah

4 Keep me, O Jehovah, from the hands of the wicked;

Preserve me from the violent man:

Who have purposed to thrust aside my steps.

5 The proud have hid a snare for me, and cords;

They have spread a net by the wayside;

They have set gins for me. [Selah

6 I said unto Jehovah, Thou art my God:

Give ear unto the voice of my supplications, O Jehovah.

7 O Jehovah the Lord, the strength of my salvation,

Thou hast covered my head in the day of battle.

8 Grant not, O Jehovah, the desires of the wicked;

Further not his evil device, lest they exalt themselves. [Selah

9 As for the head of those that compass me about,

Let the mischief of their own lips cover them.

10 Let burning coals fall upon them:

Let them be cast into the fire,

Into deep pits, whence they shall not rise.

11 An evil speaker shall not be established in the earth:

Evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him.

12 I know that Jehovah will maintain the cause of the afflicted,

And justice for the needy.

13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks unto thy name:

The upright shall dwell in thy presence.
