ယုံ​ကြည်​ကိုး​စား​သူ​၏​ဆု​တောင်း

"ဒါ​ဝိဒ်​သည် ဂါ​သ​မြို့​မှာ ဖိ​လိ​တ္တိ​လူ​တို့​လက်​သို့​ရောက်​သော​အ​ခါ စပ်​ဆို​သော​ဆာ​လံ။"

1 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​သ​နား​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ လူ​တို့​သည် ကိုက်​စား​အံ့​သော​ဒေါ​သ​နှင့် နေ့​တိုင်း​တိုက်၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို နှိပ်​စက်​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 2 ရန်​သူ​တို့​သည် နေ့​တိုင်း ကိုက်​စား​အံ့​သော​ဒေါ​သ​ရှိ၍ မြင့်​သော​စိတ်​နှင့် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​တိုက်​သော​သူ အ​များ​ရှိ​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 3 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ကြောက်​ရွံ့​သော​အ​ခါ ကိုယ်​တော်၌ ခို​လှုံ​ပါ​မည်။ 4 ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို​အ​မှီ​ပြု၍ နှုတ်​က​ပတ်​တော်၌ ဝါ​ကြွား​ပါ​မည်။ ငါ​သည် ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို ခို​လှုံ​သည်​ဖြစ်၍ ကြောက်​စ​ရာ​မ​ရှိ။ လူ​သည် ငါ၌ အ​ဘယ်​သို့​ပြု​နိုင်​သ​နည်း။ 5 သူ​တို့​သည် နေ့​တိုင်း ငါ့​စ​ကား​ကို အ​လွဲ​ယူ​ကြ၏။ ငါ၌​မ​ကောင်း​သော​အ​ကြံ​ကို​သာ ကြံ​စည်​ကြ၏။ 6 ငါ့​အ​သက်​ကို စောင့်​စဉ်​အ​ခါ စု​ဝေး၍ ချောင်း​မြောင်း​လျက်၊ ငါ့​ခြေ​ရာ​တို့​ကို ကြည့်​မှတ်​ကြ၏။ 7 သူ​တို့​သည် မ​တ​ရား​သော​အ​မှု​အား​ဖြင့် လွှတ်​ခြင်း​သို့​ရောက်​ရ​ပါ​မည်​လော။ အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ ထို​လူ​များ​တို့​ကို အ​မျက်​တော်​ထွက်၍ လှဲ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။

8 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် အ​ရပ်​ရပ်​လည်​ရ​သော အ​ခြင်း​အ​ရာ​တို့​ကို ကိုယ်​တော်​မှတ်၍ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မျက်​ရည်​တို့​ကို ဘူး​တော်​ထဲ​မှာ ထည့်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ စာ​ရင်း​တော်၌​ရှိ​ပါ​သည် မ​ဟုတ်​လော။ 9 ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​သည် ငါ့​ဘက်​မှာ​နေ​တော်​မူ​သော​ကြောင့်၊ ငါ​အော်​ဟစ်​သော​အ​ခါ ရန်​သူ​တို့​သည် လှန်​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ​ကြ​မည်​ကို ငါ​သိ၏။ 10 ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို​အ​မှီ​ပြု၍ နှုတ်​က​ပတ်​တော်၌ ဝါ​ကြွား​မည်။ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ကို အ​မှီ​ပြု၍ နှုတ်​က​ပတ်​တော်၌ ဝါ​ကြွား​မည်။ 11 ငါ​သည် ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ကို ခို​လှုံ​သည်​ဖြစ်၍ ကြောက်​စ​ရာ​မ​ရှိ။ လူ​သည် ငါ၌​အ​ဘယ်​သို့ ပြု​နိုင်​သ​နည်း။ 12 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ရှေ့​တော်၌​သ​စ္စာ​ပြု​ပါ​သည်​ဖြစ်၍၊ သ​စ္စာ​ဝတ်​ကို​ဖြေ​လျက် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ချီး​မွမ်း​ပါ​မည်။ 13 ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​သက်​ကို သေ​ခြင်း​မှ ကယ်​လွှတ်​တော်​မူ​ပြီ။ အ​သက်​ရှင်​သော​သူ​တို့၏​အ​လင်း​ထဲ​မှာ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင့်​ရှေ့​တော်၌ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကျင့်​နေ​ပါ​မည်​အ​ကြောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခြေ​ကို​လည်း ထိ​မိ၍​လဲ​ခြင်း​မှ ကယ်​လွှတ်​တော်​မူ​မည် မ​ဟုတ်​လော။

1 Be merciful unto me, O God; for man would swallow me up:

All the day long he fighting oppresseth me.

2 Mine enemies would swallow me up all the day long;

For they are many that fight proudly against me.

3 What time I am afraid,

I will put my trust in thee.

4 In God (I will praise his word),

In God have I put my trust, I will not be afraid;

What can flesh do unto me?

5 All the day long they wrest my words:

All their thoughts are against me for evil.

6 They gather themselves together, they hide themselves,

They mark my steps,

Even as they have waited for my soul.

7 Shall they escape by iniquity?

In anger cast down the peoples, O God.

8 Thou numberest my wanderings:

Put thou my tears into thy bottle;

Are they not in thy book?

9 Then shall mine enemies turn back in the day that I call:

This I know, that God is for me.

10 In God (I will praise his word),

In Jehovah (I will praise his word),

11 In God have I put my trust, I will not be afraid;

What can man do unto me?

12 Thy vows are upon me, O God:

I will render thank-offerings unto thee.

13 For thou hast delivered my soul from death:

Hast thou not delivered my feet from falling,

That I may walk before God

In the light of the living?
