Salmos 70

ကူ​မ​တော်​မူ​ရန်​ဆု​တောင်း

"အောက်​မေ့​စေ​ခြင်း​ငှာ စပ်​ဆို​သော​ဆာ​လံ။"

1 အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို နုတ်​ယူ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို​မ​စ​ခြင်း​ငှာ အ​လျင်​အ​မြန် ပြု​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ 2 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​သက်​ကို သတ်​ခြင်း​ငှာ ရှာ​ကြံ​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ရှက်​ကွဲ၍ မျက်​နှာ​ပျက်​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၌ အ​န္တ​ရာယ်​ပြု​ချင်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် လှန်​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ၍၊ ရှက်​ကြောက်​ခြင်း​သို့ ရောက်​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 3 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို အေ့​ဟေ၊ အေ့​ဟေ​ဟု ဆို​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ရှက်​ကွဲ​ခြင်း​အား​ဖြင့် နောက်​သို့​လှန်​ခြင်း​ကို ခံ​ရ​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 4 ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို ရှာ​သော​သူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​သည် ကိုယ်​တော်၌ ဝမ်း​မြောက်​ရွှင်​လန်း​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ ကယ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​ခြင်း​ကျေး​ဇူး​ကို နှစ်​သက်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည်၊ ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်​ဘုန်း​ကြီး​တော်​မူ​စေ​သ​တည်း​ဟု အ​စဉ်​မ​ပြတ် ပြော​ကြ​ပါ​စေ​သော။ 5 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​မူ​ကား၊ ဆင်း​ရဲ​ငတ်​မွတ်​ပါ၏။ အို​ဘု​ရား​သ​ခင်၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ရှိ​ရာ​သို့ အ​လျင်​အ​မြန် ကြွ​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို မ​စ​သော​သူ၊ ကယ်​တင်​သော​သူ ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ၏။ အို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ဆိုင်း​လင့်​တော်​မ​မူ​ပါ​နှင့်။

1 Make haste, O God, to deliver me;

Make haste to help me, O Jehovah.

2 Let them be put to shame and confounded

That seek after my soul:

Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor

That delight in my hurt.

3 Let them be turned back by reason of their shame

That say, Aha, aha.

4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee;

And let such as love thy salvation say continually,

Let God be magnified.

5 But I am poor and needy;

Make haste unto me, O God:

Thou art my help and my deliverer;

O Jehovah, make no tarrying.
