Salmos 32

အ​ပြစ်​လွှတ်​ခြင်း​ကျေး​ဇူး

1 အ​ပြစ်​မှ​လွှတ်​ခြင်း၊ ဒု​စ​ရိုက်​အ​ပြစ်​ကို ဖုံး​အုပ်​ခြင်း​သို့ ရောက်​သော​သူ​သည် မင်္ဂ​လာ​ရှိ၏။*ရော၊ ၄:၇-၈။2 ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​အ​ပြစ်​တင်​တော်​မူ​ခြင်း​နှင့် လွတ်၍၊ လှည့်​စား​တတ်​သော စိတ်​သ​ဘော​နှင့် ကင်း​စင်​သော​သူ​သည် မင်္ဂ​လာ​ရှိ၏။

3 ငါ​သည် အ​ပြစ်​ကို​မ​ဖော်​မ​ပြ​ဘဲ နေ​စဉ်​အ​ခါ၊ တစ်​နေ့​လုံး ညည်း​တွား​သော​အား​ဖြင့်၊ ငါ့​အ​ရိုး​တို့​သည် ဆွေး​မြေ့​ခြင်း​သို့ ရောက်​ကြ၏။ 4 နေ့​ည​မ​ပြတ် ကိုယ်​တော်၏​လက်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​ပေါ်​မှာ​လေး၍၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ချွေး​ရည်​သည် နွေ​ကာ​လ၌ သွေ့​ခြောက်​ခြင်း​ကဲ့​သို့ ဖြစ်​ပါ၏။ 5 တစ်​ဖန် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် ကိုယ်​အ​ပြစ်​ကို ရှေ့​တော်၌ ဝန်​ချ​ပါ၏။ ပြု​မိ​သော ဒု​စ​ရိုက်​ကို ဝှက်၍​မ​ထား​ပါ။ ငါ​လွန်​ကျူး​သော​အ​ရာ​ကို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​အား ဖော်​ပြ​တောင်း​ပန်​မည်​ဟု ပြော​ဆို​သော​အ​ခါ၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ပြစ်​မှား​ခြင်း​အ​ပြစ်​ကို လွှတ်​တော်​မူ၏။ 6 ထို​ကြောင့် ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို တွေ့​သင့်​သော​အ​ချိန်​ကာ​လ၌၊ သန့်​ရှင်း​သူ​အ​ပေါင်း​တို့​သည် ရှေ့​တော်၌ တောင်း​လျှောက်​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။ အ​ကယ်​စင်​စစ် လွှမ်း​မိုး​တတ်​သော​ရေ​ကြီး​သည် သူ​တို့​ထံ​သို့ မ​ချဉ်း​ရ​ပါ။ 7 ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခို​လှုံ​ရာ​ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ဘေး​လွတ်​စေ​ခြင်း​ငှာ ကွယ်​ကာ​စောင့်​မ​တော်​မူ၏။ ကယ်​လွှတ်​ကြောင်း​ကို ဆို​သော​သီ​ချင်း​နှင့် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ခြံ​ရံ​စေ​တော်​မူ၏။

8 သင့်​ကို ငါ​သွန်​သင်​မည်။ သင်​သွား​ရ​မည့်​လမ်း​ကို​ပြ​ညွှန်​မည်။ သင့်​ကို ကြည့်​ရှု​ပြု​စု​မည်။ ဉာဏ်​ပ​ညာ​မဲ့​သော မြင်း​လား​ကဲ့​သို့ မ​ဖြစ်​နှင့်။*၁​ပေ၊၂:၁။9 သူ​သည် သင့်​ထံ​သို့ မ​ချဉ်း​ကပ်​သော​ကြောင့်၊ ပါး​စပ်​ကို ဇက်​ခွံ့၍၊ ဇက်​ကြိုး​နှင့် ဆွဲ​ရ​မည်။ 10 မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​သည် များ​စွာ​သော​ဒု​က္ခ​ကို​ခံ​ရ၏။ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၌ ကိုး​စား​သော​သူ​ကို​ကား၊ က​ရု​ဏာ​တော်​သည် ဝန်း​ရံ​တတ်၏။ 11 ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​တို့၊ ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၌ ဝမ်း​မြောက်​ရွှင်​လန်း​ကြ​လော့။ သ​ဘော​ဖြောင့်​သော​သူ​တို့၊ ရွှင်​လန်း​စွာ သီ​ချင်း​ဆို​ကြ​လော့။

A Psalm of David. Maschil.

1 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven,

Whose sin is covered.

2 Blessed is the man unto whom Jehovah imputeth not iniquity,

And in whose spirit there is no guile.

3 When I kept silence, my bones wasted away

Through my groaning all the day long.

4 For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me:

My moisture was changed as with the drought of summer. [Selah

5 I acknowledged my sin unto thee,

And mine iniquity did I not hide:

I said, I will confess my transgressions unto Jehovah;

And thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. [Selah

6 For this let every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found:

Surely when the great waters overflow they shall not reach unto him.

7 Thou art my hiding-place; thou wilt preserve me from trouble;

Thou wilt compass me about with songs of deliverance. [Selah

8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go:

I will counsel thee with mine eye upon thee.

9 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding;

Whose trappings must be bit and bridle to hold them in,

Else they will not come near unto thee.

10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked;

But he that trusteth in Jehovah, lovingkindness shall compass him about.

11 Be glad in Jehovah, and rejoice, ye righteous;

And shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
