O verdadeiro cidadão dos céus

1 Quem, Jeová, poderá hospedar-se *Sl 27.5-6;61.4na tua tenda?

Quem poderá morar no teu *Sl 24.3santo monte?

2 Aquele que *Sl 24.4;Is 33.15anda com inteireza, e faz o que é justo,

e *Zc 8.16;Ef 4.25fala verdade no seu coração;

3 o que não *Sl 50.20calunia com a sua língua,

nem *Sl 28.3faz o mal ao seu próximo,

nem *Êx 23.1carrega de opróbrio ao seu vizinho.

4 Aquele a cujos olhos o *Sl 53.5;73.20réprobo é desprezado,

mas que *At 28.10honra aos que temem a Jeová;

o que *Jz 11.35jura em dano seu, contudo não muda;

5 o que não *Êx 22.25;Lv 25.36;Ez 18.8dá à usura o seu dinheiro,

nem *Êx 23.8;Dt 16.19recebe peita contra o inocente.

Aquele que faz essas coisas *Sl 64.1não será jamais abalado.

2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.*15.3 taketh…: or, receiveth, or, endureth

4 In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
