Davi reprova os ímpios. Deus os castigará e salvará os justos

1 Acaso, proferis a justiça, guardando silêncio?

Acaso, *Sl 82.2julgais com retidão os filhos dos homens?

2 Não! Antes, no coração, *Ml 3.15obrais iniquidades;

na terra, *Sl 94.20;Is 10.1distribuís a violência das vossas mãos.

3 Alienam-se os iníquos *Sl 51.5;Is 48.8desde o nascimento;

apenas nascem, *Sl 53.3desencaminham-se, falando mentiras.

4 Têm peçonha, semelhante à *Sl 140.3;Dt 32.33peçonha da serpente;

são como a cobra surda que tapa os ouvidos,

5 a qual não *Sl 81.11;Jr 8.17ouve a voz dos *Ec 10.11encantadores,

por mais hábil que seja em encantamentos.

arranca, Jeová, os dentes molares aos leõezinhos.

8 As a snail which melteth, let every one of them pass away: like the untimely birth of a woman, that they may not see the sun.
