1 O Senhor Deus é Rei:

os povos tremem.

Ele está sentado no seu trono,

que fica sobre os querubins;

a terra estremece.

2 O Senhor é poderoso em Jerusalém;

ele governa todos os povos.

3 Que todos o louvem

por causa da sua grandeza

e porque ele merece profundo respeito.

O Senhor Deus é santo.

4 Ó poderoso Rei, tu amas a justiça;

tu a trouxeste ao povo de Israel,

fazendo com que houvesse julgamentos

justos e honestos.

5 Louvem o Senhor, nosso Deus,

e se ajoelhem diante do seu trono.

O Senhor Deus é santo.

6 Moisés e Arão foram sacerdotes de Deus,

e Samuel orava a ele;

eles clamavam a Deus, o Senhor,

e ele respondia.

7 Da coluna de nuvem,

ele falava aos israelitas;

eles obedeciam às leis e aos mandamentos

que ele lhes tinha dado.

8 Ó Senhor, nosso Deus,

tu respondeste ao teu povo;

tu mostraste que és Deus que perdoa,

mas também que castiga as pessoas

pelos seus pecados.

9 Louvem o Senhor, nosso Deus,

e o adorem no seu monte santo.

Pois o Senhor, nosso Deus, é santo.

1 Yahweh, hath become king, Let the peoples, tremble, He is enthroned on the cherubim, Let the earth, shake.

2 Yahweh, in Zion, is great, And, high, is he over all the peoples.

3 Let them thank his Namegreat and reverend, Holy, is he!

4 Yea, with the strength of a kingjustice, he loveth,Thou, hast established equity, Justice and righteousness in Jacob, thou, hast wrought.

5 Exalt Yahweh our God, And bow down at his footstool, Holy, is he!

6 Moses and Aaron, among them who were calling upon his Name, Who were calling upon Yahweh, and, he, used to answer them:

7 In the pillar of cloud, used he to speak unto them, They kept his testimonies, and the statute he gave them.

8 O Yahweh our God! thou, answeredst them,A pardoning GOD, thou becamest to them, Yet one bringing vengeance on their deeds.

9 Exalt Yahweh our God, And bow down towards his holy mountain, For, holy, is Yahweh our God.
