1 Let God*GodHebrew: Elohim arise, let his enemies be scattered, and let them that hate him flee before him. 2 As smoke is driven, thou wilt drive them away; as wax melteth before the fire, the wicked shall perish at the presence of God*GodHebrew: Elohim3 But the righteous shall rejoice: they shall exult before God*GodHebrew: Elohim and be glad with joy. 4 Sing unto God*GodHebrew: Elohim sing forth his name; cast up a way for him that rideth in the deserts: his name is Jah; and rejoice before him. 5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God*GodHebrew: Elohim in his holy habitation. 6 God maketh the solitary into families; those that were bound he bringeth out into prosperity: but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.

7 O God*GodHebrew: Elohim when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness — (Selah) — 8 The earth trembled, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God*GodHebrew: Elohim yon Sinai, at the presence of God*GodHebrew: Elohim the God*GodHebrew: Elohim of Israel. 9 Thou, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim didst pour a plentiful rain upon thine inheritance, and when it was weary thou strengthenedst it. 10 Thy flock hath dwelt therein: thou hast prepared in thy goodness, for the afflicted, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim11 The Lord gives the word: great the host of the publishers. 12 Kings of armies flee; they flee, and she that tarrieth at home divideth the spoil. 13 Though ye have lain among the sheepfolds, ye shall be as wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with green gold. 14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it became snow-white as Zalmon.

15 As mount Bashan is the mount of God*GodHebrew: Elohim a many-peaked mountain, as mount Bashan. 16 Why do ye look with envy, ye many-peaked mountains, upon the mount that God*GodHebrew: Elohim hath desired for his abode? yea, Jehovah will dwell there for ever. 17 The chariots of God*GodHebrew: Elohim are twenty thousand, thousands upon thousands; the Lord is among them: it is a Sinai in holiness. 18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts in Man, and even for the rebellious, for the dwelling there of Jah Elohim. 19 Blessed be the Lord: day by day doth he load us with good, the ·God*GodHebrew: El who is our salvation. Selah. 20 Our ·God*GodHebrew: El is the ·God*GodHebrew: El of salvation; and with Jehovah, the Lord, are the goings forth even from death. 21 Verily God*GodHebrew: Elohim will smite the head of his enemies, the hairy scalp of him that goeth on still in his trespasses.

22 The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring them again from the depth of the sea; 23 That thou mayest dip thy foot in blood: the tongue of thy dogs has its portion from enemies. 24 They have seen thy goings, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim the goings of my ·God*GodHebrew: El my King, in the sanctuary. 25 The singers went before, the players on stringed instruments after, in the midst of maidens playing on tabrets. 26 In the congregations bless ye God*GodHebrew: Elohim the Lord, — ye from the fountain of Israel. 27 There is little Benjamin, their ruler; the princes of Judah, their company; the princes of Zebulun, the princes of Naphtali. 28 Thy God*GodHebrew: Elohim hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim that which thou hast wrought for us. 29 Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee. 30 Rebuke the beast of the reeds, the assembly of the strong, with the calves of the peoples: every one submitteth himself with pieces of silver. Scatter the peoples that delight in war. 31 Great ones shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall quickly stretch out her hands unto God*GodHebrew: Elohim

32 Ye kingdoms of the earth, sing unto God*GodHebrew: Elohim sing psalms of the Lord, (Selah,) 33 Of him that rideth upon the heavens, the heavens which are of old: lo, he uttereth his voice, a mighty voice. 34 Ascribe ye strength unto God*GodHebrew: Elohim his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds. 35 Terrible art thou, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim out of thy sanctuaries, — the ·God*GodHebrew: El of Israel! He it is that giveth strength and might unto the people. Blessed be God*GodHebrew: Elohim.

1 Dumnezeu Se scoală*Num. 10:35.Is. 33:3., vrăjmașii Lui se risipesc

și potrivnicii Lui fug dinaintea Feței Lui.

2 Cum*Is. 9:18.Osea 13:3. se risipește fumul, așa-i risipești Tu;

cum*Ps. 57:5.Mica 1:4. se topește ceara la foc,

așa pier cei răi dinaintea lui Dumnezeu.

3 Dar cei*Ps. 32:11;58:10;64:10. neprihăniți se bucură, saltă de bucurie înaintea lui Dumnezeu

și nu mai pot de veselie.

4 Cântați*Ps. 66:4. lui Dumnezeu, lăudați Numele Lui!

Faceți*Deut. 33:26. Vers. 33. drum Celui ce înaintează prin câmpii!

Domnul*Exod 6:3. este Numele Lui: bucurați-vă înaintea Lui!

5 El este Tatăl*Ps. 10:14,18;146:9. orfanilor, Apărătorul văduvelor,

El, Dumnezeu, care locuiește în Locașul Lui cel Sfânt.

6 Dumnezeu*1 Sam. 2:5.Ps. 113:9. dă o familie celor părăsiți,

El izbăvește*Ps. 107:10,14;146:7.Fapte 12:6. pe prinșii de război și-i face fericiți;

numai cei*Ps. 107:34,40. răzvrătiți locuiesc în locuri uscate.

7 Dumnezeule, când*Exod 13:21.Jud. 4:14.Hab. 3:13. ai ieșit Tu în fruntea poporului

și când mergeai în pustie, (Oprire)

8 s-a cutremurat*Exod 19:16,18.Jud. 5:4.Is. 64:1,3. pământul,

s-au topit cerurile dinaintea lui Dumnezeu,

s-a zguduit Sinaiul dinaintea lui Dumnezeu, Dumnezeul lui Israel.

9 Ai dat o*Deut. 11:11,12.Ezec. 34:26. ploaie binefăcătoare, Dumnezeule,

și ai întărit moștenirea Ta, sleită de puteri.

10 Poporul Tău și-a așezat locuința în țara

pe care, prin bunătatea Ta, Dumnezeule,

o pregătiseși pentru cei nenorociți*Deut. 26:5,9.Ps. 74:19..

11 Un cuvânt spune Domnul,

și femeile aducătoare de vești bune sunt o mare oștire:

12 împărații*Num. 31:8,9,54.Ios. 10:16;12:8. oștirilor fug, fug,

și cea care rămâne acasă împarte prada.

13 Pe când*Ps. 81:6. voi vă odihniți în mijlocul staulelor,

aripile porumbelului sunt acoperite*Ps. 105:37. de argint

și penele lui sunt de un galben auriu.

14 Când*Num. 21:3.Ios. 10:10;12:1. a împrăștiat Cel Atotputernic pe împărați în țară,

parcă ningea în Țalmon.

15 Munții lui Dumnezeu, munții Basanului,

munți cu multe piscuri, munții Basanului,

16 pentru ce*Ps. 114:4,6., munți cu multe piscuri, purtați pizmă

pe*Deut. 12:5,11.1 Împ. 9:3.Ps. 87:1,2;132:13,14. muntele pe care l-a ales Dumnezeu ca locaș împărătesc?

Cu toate acestea, Domnul va locui în el în veci.

17 Carele*Deut. 33:2.2 Împ. 6:16,17.Dan. 7:10.Evr. 12:22.Apoc. 9:16. Domnului se numără cu douăzecile de mii, cu mii și mii;

Domnul este în mijlocul lor, venind din Sinai în Locașul Său cel Sfânt.

18 Te-ai suit*Fapte 1:9.Efes. 4:8. pe înălțime, ai*Jud. 5:12. luat prinși de război,

ai luat*Fapte 2:4,33. în dar oameni;

cei răzvrătiți*1 Tim. 1:13. vor locui și ei*Ps. 78:60. lângă Domnul Dumnezeu.

19 Binecuvântat să fie Domnul, care zilnic ne poartă povara,

Dumnezeu, mântuirea noastră! (Oprire)

20 Dumnezeu este pentru noi Dumnezeul izbăvirilor

și Domnul*Deut. 32:29.Prov. 4:23.Apoc. 1:18;20:1. Dumnezeu ne poate scăpa de moarte.

21 Da, Dumnezeu*Ps. 110:6.Hab. 3:13. va zdrobi capul vrăjmașilor Lui,

creștetul*Ps. 55:23. capului celor ce trăiesc în păcat.

22 Domnul zice: „Îi voi aduce înapoi*Num. 21:33. din Basan,

îi voi aduce înapoi din*Exod 14:22. fundul mării,

23 ca*Ps. 58:10. să-ți cufunzi piciorul în sânge

și*1 Împ. 21:19. limba câinilor tăi să-și capete partea din vrăjmașii tăi."

24 Ei văd intrarea Ta, Dumnezeule,

intrarea Dumnezeului meu, Împăratului meu, în Locașul cel Sfânt.

25 În frunte merg cântăreții*1 Cron. 13:8;15:16.Ps. 47:5., apoi cei ce cântă din instrumente,

în mijlocul fetelor care sună din timpane.

26 Binecuvântați pe Dumnezeu în adunări,

binecuvântați pe Domnul, cei ce vă coborâți*Deut. 33:28.Is. 48:1. din Israel!

27 Iată tânărul*1 Sam. 9:21. Beniamin, care stăpânește peste ei,

căpeteniile lui Iuda și ceata lor,

căpeteniile lui Zabulon, căpeteniile lui Neftali.

28 Dumnezeul tău te-a făcut*Ps. 42:8. puternic.

Întărește, Dumnezeule, ce ai făcut pentru noi în Templul Tău.

29 Împărații*1 Împ. 10:10,24,25.2 Cron. 32:23.Ps. 72:10;76:11.Is. 60:16,17. Îți vor aduce daruri la Ierusalim.

30 Înspăimântă fiara din trestii,

ceata*Ps. 22:12. taurilor, cu vițeii popoarelor;

calcă în picioare pe cei ce își pun*2 Sam. 8:2,6. plăcerea în argint!

Risipește popoarele cărora le place să se bată!

31 Cei*Is. 19:19,21. mari vin din Egipt:

Etiopia*Ps. 72:9.Is. 45:14.Ţef. 3:10.Fapte 8:27. aleargă*Ps. 44:20. cu mâinile întinse spre Dumnezeu.

32 Cântați lui Dumnezeu, împărățiile pământului,

și lăudați pe Domnul! (Oprire)

33 Cântați Celui ce*Ps. 18:10;104:3. Vers. 4. călărește pe cerurile cerurilor veșnice!

Iată că*Ps. 29:3. se aude glasul Lui, glasul Lui cel puternic!

34 Dați*Ps. 29:1. slavă lui Dumnezeu,

a cărui măreție este peste Israel

și a cărui putere este în ceruri!

35 Ce înfricoșat*Ps. 45:4;65:5;66:5;76:12. ești, Dumnezeule, din locașul Tău cel sfânt!

Dumnezeul lui Israel dă poporului Său tărie și mare putere.
