A Psalm of Asaph.

1 God*GodHebrew: Elohim standeth in the assembly of ·God*GodHebrew: El he judgeth among the gods. 2 How long will ye judge unrighteously, and accept the person of the wicked? Selah. 3 Judge the poor and the fatherless, do justice to the afflicted and the destitute; 4 Rescue the poor and needy, deliver them out of the hand of the wicked. 5 They know not, neither do they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are moved.

6 I have said, Ye are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High; 7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. 8 Arise, O God*GodHebrew: Elohim judge the earth; for thou shalt inherit all the nations.

1 Dumnezeu stă*2 Cron. 19:6.Ecl. 5:8. în adunarea lui Dumnezeu;

El judecă în mijlocul dumnezeilor*Exod 21:6;22:28..

2 „Până când veți judeca strâmb

și veți căuta*Deut. 1:17.2 Cron. 19:7.Prov. 18:5. la fața celor răi? (Oprire)

3 Faceți dreptate celui*Ier. 22:3. slab și orfanului,

dați dreptate nenorocitului și săracului,

4 scăpați*Iov 29:12.Prov. 24:11. pe cel nevoiaș și lipsit,

izbăviți-i din mâna celor răi!"

5 Dar ei nu*Mica 3:1. vor să știe de nimic, nu pricep nimic,

ci umblă în întuneric,

de aceea se clatină toate*Ps. 11:3;75:3. temeliile pământului.

6 Eu am zis*Exod 22:9,28. Vers. 1.Ioan 10:34.: „Sunteți dumnezei,

toți sunteți fii ai Celui Preaînalt.

7 Însă veți*Iov 21:32.Ps. 49:12.Ezec. 31:14. muri ca niște oameni,

veți cădea ca un domnitor oarecare."

8 Scoală-Te*Mica 7:2,7., Dumnezeule, și judecă pământul!

Căci*Ps. 2:8.Apoc. 11:15. toate neamurile sunt ale Tale.
