A Psalm.

1 Sing ye unto Jehovah a new song: for he hath done wondrous things; his right hand and his holy arm hath wrought salvation for him. 2 Jehovah hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the nations. 3 He hath remembered his loving-kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God*GodHebrew: Elohim

4 Shout aloud unto Jehovah, all the earth; break forth and shout for joy, and sing psalms. 5 Sing psalms unto Jehovah with the harp: with the harp, and the voice of a song; 6 With trumpets and sound of cornet, make a joyful noise before the King, Jehovah. 7 Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein; 8 Let the floods clap their hands; let the mountains sing for joy together, 9 Before Jehovah, for he cometh to judge the earth: he will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

căci El a făcut minuni*Exod 15:11.Ps. 77:14;86:10;105:5;136:4;139:14.! Dreapta*Exod 15:6.Is. 59:16;63:5. și brațul Lui cel sfânt I-au venit în ajutor.

2 Domnul*Is. 52:10.Luca 2:30,31. Și-a arătat mântuirea,

Și-a descoperit*Is. 62:2.Rom. 3:25,26. dreptatea înaintea neamurilor.

3 Și-a adus*Luca 1:54,55,72. aminte de bunătatea și credincioșia Lui față de casa lui Israel:

toate*Is. 49:6;52:10.Luca 2:30,31;3:6.Fapte 13:47;28:28. marginile pământului au văzut mântuirea Dumnezeului nostru.

4 Strigați*Ps. 95:1;100:1. către Domnul cu strigăte de bucurie, toți locuitorii pământului!

Chiuiți, strigați și cântați laude!

5 Cântați Domnului cu harpa,

cu harpa și cu cântece din gură!

6 Cu*Num. 10:10.1 Cron. 15:28.2 Cron. 29:27. trâmbițe și sunete din corn,

strigați de bucurie înaintea Împăratului, Domnului!

7 Să urle*Ps. 96:11. marea cu tot ce cuprinde ea,

să chiuie lumea și cei ce locuiesc pe ea,

8 să bată*Is. 55:12. din palme râurile,

să strige de bucurie toți munții

9 înaintea Domnului, căci*Ps. 96:10,13. El vine să judece pământul!

El va judeca lumea cu dreptate

și popoarele cu nepărtinire.
