Ko te Atua te Kīngi
1 E kīngi ana a Ihowā, he korōria tōna kākahu;
he kākahu tō Ihowā, he mea whītiki ia ki te kaha.
Kua ū hoki te ao,
tē taea te nekeneke.
2 Nō mua iho tōu torōna i whakapūmautia ai;
nōnamata riro koe.
3 Ko ngā roma, e Ihowā, kua ara,
ngā roma nei, kua ara tō rātou reo;
ka ara ngā ngaru o ngā roma.
4 I runga ake i ngā reo o ngā wai maha,
i ngā tūātea nunui o te moana,
ko Ihowā i runga, te mea kaha.
5 Pono atu āu whakaaturanga;
he huatau te tapu mō tōu whare,
e Ihowā, mō ake tonu atu.
1 Jehovah reigneth; he is clothed with majesty;
Jehovah is clothed with strength; he hath girded himself therewith:
The world also is established, that it cannot be moved.
2 Thy throne is established of old:
Thou art from everlasting.
3 The floods have lifted up, O Jehovah,
The floods have lifted up their voice;
The floods lift up their waves.
4 Above the voices of many waters,
The mighty breakers of the sea,
Jehovah on high is mighty.
5 Thy testimonies are very sure:
Holiness becometh thy house,
O Jehovah, for evermore.
